Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line catalogues, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept all major credit or debit card payments. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit or debit card information via phone, fax, or over the Internet via our guaranteed secure payment servers. Currency exchange rates fluctuate daily and these are not 100% accurate
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders require a non refundable deposit , this amount will be agreed based on order value. Once order is completed full balance must be paid within 21 working days. Failure to do this will result in defaulting on order and a loss of deposit
Deliveries within the U.K. will be via our agents Fed Ex or Royal Mail and will be charged as per our shipping charges. Any orders exceeding £59 will be shipped free-UK ONLY. Orders within the U.K. will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Overseas orders will be sent via Fed Ex or DPD and will reach you within 1-6 days dependent on location (see shipping charges for more details). Please note all dispatch costs will be confirmed prior to shipping. PLEASE NOTE SINCE Jan 1 2021 ALL EU ORDERS ARE ZERO VAT RATED
Nearly ever order will leave as planned, occasionally we may get caught short stock wise we will contact you to discuss if this occurs with solutions
We accept credit\debit cards through our secure server using Sage Pay, Paypal or Google Check out, at no point do we store card details. Every page is locked and encrypted for security purposes
All goods offered are subject to availability and Premier Lakeballs reserve the right to withdraw any item without notice. Occasionally we will sell out of an item of stock and may receive orders before we can update the website. If you order an item that is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a refund or an alternative item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after you receive the goods. This period starts the following day after receiving the goods. We ask you to return the goods in their original condition securely wrapped. You must also pay the postage for returning the goods. You will be refunded the cost of the goods and the initial cost of shipping the goods to you (assuming that the value of the goods did not exceed the £99 carriage paid value), in the same method as the original payment was made. If payment of the goods is not made it will be deducted from the value of the refund. If the goods are not returned after cancellation, they will be collected at your expense. Refunds will be made within 7 days of return. If you cancel a order prior to shipping a £5 re stocking and card charge fee will apply
