To check the status of your order please contact our customer service team, all orders are shipped via DPD with a 1 hour predict delivery window unless you are non mainland, you will receive email \ text where you can change delivery options. We recommend everyone adds a mobile number for order tracking alerts on there order 

What If I am out when delivery is attempted?

If no one is home when delivery is attempted and no change has been made to delivery option item will be returned to depo for re delivery.

Courier will hold the package for 3 working days if no response is received in this time the package will be returned to ourselves and delivery fees will be re-applied, please do not delay contacting them to re-arrange, deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

Courier will require a signature on delivery if you wish to have the package left in a “safe place” please do this on the app \ email \ text you receive. Claims for none delivery must be logged within 21 days of payment and any item that has been requested to be left safe we cannot cover losses on those if they go missing

European delivery charges

European Delivery Tariffs are charged on weight and not order value. Shipping costs vary depending on country you live in. The cost will be calculated at checkout, we can ship 600 balls to Europe for £12.00+. When checking out please ensure you select correct shipping option

Returns policy

We offer a full 14 day money back guarantee in the unlikely event of the customer not been happy ,items MUST be returned unused in condition we sent it in .If you wish to return a product please contact our customer service team who will respond with return details. No refund will be given if item is as per description and return is based on customers taste. Any returns for a item not matching description we will cover a £5.39 max return postage fee
