What If I am out when delivery is attempted?

If no one is home when delivery is attempted our courier will attempt to deliver to a neighbour either side, if no one is available to accept package the courier will leave a missed delivery card with instructions to re-arrange the delivery.

Courier will hold the package for 4 working days if no response is received in this time the package will be returned to ourselves and delivery fees will be re-applied, please do not delay contacting them to re-arrange, deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

Courier will require a signature on delivery if you wish to have the package left in a “safe place” please contact us with the instructions as the courier will only do this with Premier Lakeballs consent.

We offer a free delivery service on all orders over £59.00, well worth taking advantage off this offer, treat yourself add some clothing and save some cash, check out our combo packs a lot off them ship free,non mainland UK addresses items may take longer to arrive

European delivery charges

European Delivery Tariffs are charged on weight and not order value. Shipping costs vary depending on country you reside in. The cost will be calculated at checkout, we can ship upto 500 balls to Europe for £15-29.00. When checking out please ensure you select correct shipping option and correct country
