What If I am out when delivery is attempted?
If no one is home when delivery is attempted our courier will attempt to deliver to a neighbour either side, if no one is available to accept package the courier will leave a missed delivery card with instructions to re-arrange the delivery.
Courier will hold the package for 4 working days if no response is received in this time the package will be returned to ourselves and delivery fees will be re-applied, please do not delay contacting them to re-arrange, deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Courier will require a signature on delivery if you wish to have the package left in a “safe place” please contact us with the instructions as the courier will only do this with Premier Lakeballs consent.
